Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for our own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us — certification filings are made under penalty of perjury, and we rely on what you tell us being true.
