What we collect
When you use the form on this site, we collect your name, business name, business email, and phone number (if provided). If you become a client, your certification file may also include ownership structure, financial information, and other details required by the federal certification you're applying for.
If you apply for Set-Aside Radar, we also collect the NAICS codes, certifications, states and work description you give us, and use them only to choose which public SAM.gov bids to email you. Every Radar email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click.
How we use it
Your contact information is used to verify your submission is a real business (via the one-time email code), to reach you about your eligibility, and — if you become a client — to prepare your certification filing. We do not sell your information to third parties.
How we protect it
Access to your file is limited to the people working it. We use Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers, D1, Turnstile) to run this site and store submissions; verification codes are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@pbmconsultingservice.com, unless we're required to retain it as part of an active federal filing.
